Calzedonia brings summer with a ''magic box''.

The Italian apparel, lingerie, swimwear and hosiery brand has held its annual catwalk show in Verona to showcase its spring/summer 2018 swimwear collection. 

The show was something new, "cubist" and modern, a visual surprise for the viewer. The special effects put the visitors into a beach, sunbathing and endless vacation mood. This is what we exactly need now, right? Inspired by modern times, Italians, international celebrities and social media influencers, the Calzedonia show made an unbox in the summer and let us live it with all our senses. Models Cindy Bruna and Devon Windsor took to the catwalk to showcase the brand’s first ever beachwear special edition collection, which includes 5 bikinis and 3 one-pieces featuring silver sequins, ruffles, and polka-dot tulle detailing. The line has been designed to be not only worn on the beach and in the pool but also as outerwear when combined with some denim or a skirt for glam and stylish outfits.

Calzedonia in Caribbean: Calzedonia always presents the most popular trends. Transparencies for a more intimate and romantic look, as well as bold and bright colours, floral patterns with small exotic animals and aloha vibes, refer to the Caribbean. After all, the "Caribbean mood" is the hottest trend this year.

Velvet love: The brand also showcased its use of velvet in its beachwear for the first time, with tops, bottoms and one-pieces available in various colourways and styles. The gentle and soft texture of this particular fabric makes it tempting for stylish and trendy looks for the sea and the pool.

Colors: This season Calzedonia has introduced the ''most wanted items'' into a one-coloured basic line due to the success of its top sellers last year. This year, the line has been renewed with a different range of colours, shapes and styles including frills and cut-outs.
